Create a ChattyPatty account or sign in, then fill in the short application in your affiliate portal. We review every application by hand, and your portal shows where yours is.
60% of what each customer pays in their first month, 15% in months 2 to 12, and 5% from month 13 onward, for as long as they stay subscribed. Commission is worked out on our UK list price before tax, or our list price in the customer's currency (converted to GBP) if that is lower, rounded to the nearest penny.
They can. The 15% discount is for upgrades on the web only, so there is no discount in the iPhone or Android app, but you still earn: app subscriptions earn the same rates on our list price, or the lower price the customer paid in the app, less the stores' 15% fee.
Each commission is held for 31 days after the customer pays, so refunds and chargebacks can clear. After that it becomes available to pay out. We pay out once your cleared balance reaches £25; anything below that carries over to the next payout and is never lost, and we cover the transfer fees.
Affiliates in the UK, Europe, the US and Canada are paid through Stripe. Elsewhere, we pay by international bank transfer.
GBP, whichever currency your audience pays in. Commission is worked out on our UK list price, or on our list price in their currency, converted to GBP, if that is lower.
Commission on a payment that is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent is reduced or reversed. The hold period is there so most of these are settled before anything is paid out.
