How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel where you subscribed. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › ChattyPatty › Cancel Subscription. On Android: Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › ChattyPatty › Cancel subscription. On the web: chattypatty.io/plan › Cancel at renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, or the end of your free trial. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Can I get a refund?

If you subscribed on chattypatty.io, you have 14 days from the start of your subscription to change your mind and receive a proportionate refund, and when a free trial converts, a further 14 days from the first payment. Email support@chattypatty.io from the address on your account. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. I paid, but the app still shows the free plan

Open the plans screen in the app and tap Restore App Store purchases or Restore Google Play purchases, signed in to the same ChattyPatty account you subscribed with. If your plan still does not appear, email us with the date of the purchase and the email address on your account.

I forgot my password

Request a reset link on the password reset page. It is sent to the email address on your account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open your Profile and choose Delete account. On the web, open the account menu and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and its data, but it does not cancel a subscription on any platform, including one bought on chattypatty.io. Cancel your subscription first, as described above.
